Harry I think you are making a HUGE mistake changing your engine rules, your just shooting yourself in the foot, with a big gun, you should have left everything the same exept for maybe the headers, you should have stayed with mcr and little valley, who cares about getting cars from other tracks worry about the tracks in our area, try to get more of our reg. guys down there, the guys from the other tracks are all going to have to get diff. tires to run up there, nothing is the same down there, I think it is stupid, I know you are probaly going to lose a few cars over this, myself included, Sorry Harry I wish you would have thought it through a little more.. Why have a rule that isnt teched anyway? I dont know why you think the tire rule is bad,the towel city rule is what hurt the little guys.For 7 years we went with the slow the cars down mentality and it wasnt working,

When you have to pay nearly $30 more its hurts the little guy,you raced against the big motors all season and did good it shouldnt hurt you any,all motor isnt what gets it done,racing should be much closer now.

whats cheaper, light weight grank, rods, decking the block, and cutting your heads. OR cubic inch and claimer pistons. A hogged out berzinski 2 barrel intake, or a $100 aftermarket. Which one is easier to be teched. On a small track its not all horsepower, it takes a driver and set up, as you know.

Lance i was at the meeting and you and matt wanted the steel stock rockers to make it easy for tech pull valve covers check carbs no exhaust smaller tires.what has changed?

Harry I think you really need to stay with the same rules as the other tracks, I think you are really going to hurt your car count, I dont want to see that happen, I love that track, I know 3 guys that were going to run there every week that didnt last year, that arent going to now.. since i did most of the talking at the meeting,this is what the beef is about.wanted easy,techable engine rules:stock cast heads,stamped steel rockers,open exhaust,any cast intake or the aluminum the track chose,and shocks in stock location without stock mounts for hiem ended shocks.

so whats the difference if you have them on the front or back, so you can buy new shocks when you bottom them out, or buy one shock that wont bottom out..
